Produced Water Treatment Technologies
At DPS Protec we work at the forefront of produced water and sand management. As part of the DPS Group, we are supported by the skills and knowledge of our entire engineering network that gives us the ability to solve problems and develop technologies from a technical and practical basis.
Many of our team have decades of produced water treatment experience originating from the UK North Sea. Here we worked across tail end production, process de-bottlenecking, innovative process solutions (where space and weight were major considerations) and the management of high produced water cuts.
Today, we apply this knowledge in both the industrial and domestic arena, with a proven track record across all aspects of produced water treatment. We have focussed on developing a complete solution not just a system that handles all the phases and managing all waste streams, moving towards zero discharge.
DPS now have a growing portfolio designed to solve process problems for which we have either granted patents or applications in progress.

DPS have a long track record when it comes to produced water treatment. In addition to a range of standard packages and technologies we have also developed and are developing an exciting portfolio of products that include hydrocyclones, filters and FWKO.
