Online Sand Removal
To prevent a number of operational performance issues and ensure production is not affected sand, separated as part of the production process in the primary separators, needs to be removed.
An online fluidiser within (or upstream) of the separators therefore becomes an important tool for operators to allow solids to be removed efficiently with no equipment shutdown and no upset to the process or loss of production.
