The company provides a total design and supply capability for integrated process systems individual process packages, from front-end engineering design studies through to detailed design, construction, commissioning and operations.

Scope of responsibilities
  • The piping engineer shall be responsible for the control, production and quality of all piping deliverables which includes GA’s, MTO’s, Pipe specifications, plot plan/layouts, pipe supporting, isometrics and pipe stress analysis.
  • He/She will ensure that all piping design, draughting and reporting is carried out in line with DPS procedures, recognised International Standards and best engineering practice.
  • The Piping Engineer may be required to coordinate and supervise both in-house and outsourced piping design teams

He or she will report to the engineering manager on Piping department activity and will assist in the production, control and development of piping procedures.

Qualifications

Preferred candidate will have a formal qualification in a related subject or suitable relevant experience 

Experience & Competency

Secondary Duties

  •  Scheduling and resourcing of project piping teams
  • Liaising with DPS colleagues & clients on projects including project Reviews

Developing & training of DPS piping team if required
