•DPS is a specialist “Process Systems Integrator” serving the global Oil and Gas market. •The company provides a total design and supply capability for integrated process systems individual process packages, from front-end engineering design studies, through to detailed design, construction, commissioning and operations.
Scope of responsibilities
- Preparation of detailed specification, instrument datasheets, purchase requisitions and installation instructions
- Participation in risk Identification/Hazard Analysis, HAZOP, FMEA, and SIL studies
- Preparation of control system deliverables
- Working closely with other engineering disciplines and ensuring that the instrument deliverables are consistent and complete within the project schedule and costs.
Qualifications
- HNC Engineering: Electrical & Electronic
- ONC Engineering: Electrical & Electronic
Experience & Competency
- P&ID Development
- Participation in risk identification/hazard analysis
- Preparation of data sheets and design deliverables
- Preparation of control system deliverables
- Preparation of installation contracts
- Technical analysis and document approval of both in-house and vendor supplied design packages
- Supervision of control system during design and construction phase
- Management of installation contractors during construction phases.
