Gas Dehydration
Gas dehydration is used to dehydrate gas streams in order to meet pipeline specifications and is accomplished by the absorption of the water vapour using a gas stream. The wet rich glycol stream is then recycled to the regeneration package for reconditioning ready for reuse.
Desalters & Dehydrators
The removal of water is required to meet BS&W specifications whilst also limiting the volume of water transported to maximise commercial value. Crude oil will also contain salt which will be present in the water as soluble mineral salts. Therefore the removal of the water also removes salt.
Heater Treaters
The electrostatic heater treater from DPS Delta is a skid mounted unit designed to meet the requirements of international codes and standards. It involves inlet degassing, free water removal, heating, electrostatic coalescing of water droplets and the controlled discharge of oil, gas and water.
