The project was the first wholly Malaysian built and converted FPSO in Malaysia, and is to be used in Malaysian waters. DPS were contracted by Malaysia Shipyard and Engineering (who were awarded the topside) to supply detailed engineering design for the topside. We were responsible for all detailed engineering design activities, including: Crude Stabilisation Unit (52,000 bpd); Produced Water Treatment System; Gas Compression Process Package (60 mmscfd); Utility Systems – encompassing structural design through to the full topsides integrated control systems. In addition, DPS were also responsible for the design reviews and integration of the Gas Compressors, Gas Dehydration Package and Power Generation systems free issued to the project by the end user.
